On August 17, 2020, Technology Services updated the password reset process for students and removed all password reset questions and answers. Students in grades K-12 can now reset their passwords using a self-service password reset PIN available in ParentVUE. Click here for more information about the student password reset process.

On June 8, 2020, the District launched our new student information system, Synergy. As with any transition, there are new processes, procedures, and also questions. As we review incoming questions from District staff and families, we wanted to share these questions and responses so that you have the most up-to-date information. Our hope is that these will also address a question you may have, too.
