Chromebook Not Connected to G Network

This article describes the steps to take when a District owned Chromebook is no longer connected to the "g" network while in a District building. 


Chromebook Repair request form needs to be filled out as Technology Services will need to re-enroll the device. As a temporary workaround, the device can be connected to the BYOT network, but the user will need to manually authenticate through the web filter in order to use many of the websites. The web filter login can be generated by attempting to access a non-HTTPS website where the user would login in with his/her credentials.
