How to do I reset a password for an account that is not a district account?

If you need your password reset for an account that is not your District account or associated with your District account, submit a Password Reset (Not Email) request. This would be for accounts where you have a username and password different than your District account. Please include the system or website information of what account you are needing reset on the request.
