The Single Sign On (SSO) screen will timeout at 180 minutes and will appear unresponsive. When an icon is selected on the page, nothing happens. A refresh of the page will resolve the issue.
Ways to refresh your browser page:
- Any Browser on a Windows Device: Press F5 on your keyboard.
- Chrome: Select the Reload Page button located in the upper left.
- Edge: Select the Refresh button located in the upper left.
- Internet Explorer: Click the Refresh button located at the end of the address line field.
