What do I do when SSO links are not responding?

The Single Sign On (SSO) screen will timeout at 180 minutes and will appear unresponsive. When an icon is selected on the page, nothing happens. A refresh of the page will resolve the issue.

Ways to refresh your browser page:

  • Any Browser on a Windows Device: Press F5 on your keyboard.
  • Chrome: Select the Reload Page button located in the upper left.

  • Edge: Select the Refresh button located in the upper left.

  • Internet Explorer: Click the Refresh button located at the end of the address line field.
