Reset Your ParentVUE Account Password

If you forgot or need to reset your ParentVUE password:

  1. In your preferred web browser, visit https://il-ipsd-psv.edupoint.com.

  2. Select your preferred language from the bottom of the screen. (The login screen’s default language is English.)

  3. Click “I am a Parent”

  4. Click “More Options”

  5. Click ”Forgot Password.”

  6. Enter the primary email address and click the “Send Email” button.

  7. If an account is found, an email will be sent to that email address with your username and password information. If you do not receive the email after 15 minutes, please contact your school.

  8. Open the email.

  9. Click the link to change your password.

  10. Enter the First Name, Last Name, New Password, and Confirm New Password.
    Your first and last name must be entered EXACTLY as indicated in the email and on your account.

  11. Click Change Password.

  12. A message indicating that the application made the changes successfully displays.
