Managing Your Child's Information

The Student Info screen displays your child’s demographic information. The Student Info screen in ParentVUE also displays the emergency contact and physician information.


You can make changes to select information about your child. Students cannot make any changes to the Student Info screen using StudentVUE.

  1. Click Student Info on the Navigation bar.
  2. Click Edit Information to make changes to the student’s information.
  3. Edit the fields.
  4. Click Save Changes.


Your child's school staff must review and accept the change before the requested information is updated. The date of the Student Info update displays at the top of the screen. You cannot submit further changes until your child's school staff accepts/rejects the pending changes.


For some of your child's demographic information, you must notify your child's school to make changes.  Click the staff name to send a Synergy Mail message or click the Email icon to send an email to notify the school of any demographic information changes.
