Not Receiving Synergy Mail Notifications

If you are not receiving Synergy Mail notifications, please check the following setting.
Log into Synergy and navigate to Synergy Mail:
 
1. Click the "More" dropdown menu
 

2. Click "Settings"
 

3. Make sure the "Forward a copy of Synergy Mail messages to the following email addresses:" box is checked. If not, check the box then click "Save"
