Incident Approval Queue

Description

When discipline incidents are created in Synergy, they are housed in queue to await approval.  Generally, deans, principals, assistant principals and student service coordinators are designated to determine if an incident is accepted or rejected. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Incident Approval Queue, either by typing in the quick launch or:
    PAD Tree – Synergy SIS – Discipline Incident – Incident Approval Queue

     
  2. Pending Incidents will be displayed.  The description field can be expanded to read the entire incident.  Click the drop down in the Action column to chose what action to take.

     
  3. Change to the history tab to see processed incidents.
